Mumbai: Percept Knorigin, the digital media arm of Percept Holdings has acquired ‘Searchize’, a search engine marketing company based in Mumbai.

Started in 2004 by Ryan Govindan, Searchize deals in search related marketing and analytics services including organic search optimization and contextual paid advertising on popular search platforms like Google, Yahoo and MSN.

Commenting on the development, Ryan Govindan,head of the search and ad network operations, Percept Knorigin, said,“A complete 360 degree solution in digital media can bring in more value to clients than stand alone creative, search or display ad solutions offered by most of the online ad agencies”.

Viraj Malik, managing director of Percept Knorigin said,“ We would be able to provide larger landscape to team ‘Searchize’ so that the search optimization IP developed by the team can benefit a larger set of customers.”
