Mumbai: Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd said on Thursday said its unit, Indiabulls Infrastructure Ltd, has acquired Catherine Builders and Developers Pvt Ltd from DLF Home Developers Ltd.
Catherine has a 50% stake in Kenneth Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd, which had earlier won a bid to develop a residential project in New Delhi.
The remaining 50% stake in Kenneth is owned by a wholly-owned unit of Indiabulls Infrastructure, which will now have 100% stake in Kenneth.
