Subject: Please provide us fully equipped Mobile Cancer Hospitals on Wheels to save over 80% underserved cancer victims who are causing Global burden and we are exposed in critical situation at USA,Geneva ,UK and at many International forum as we are going to contribute about 50% cancer death Globally by 2025 from Assam North Eastern Region and Eastern India alone. So, we need drastic change to stop cancer death and to introduce early cancer detection schemes inmmediately.

That Sir, as stated above I am requesting your honour to control cancer effectively among underserved population of India and later it will add in GCCP(Global Cancer Control Programme).

(3) One for all radiological image technology,
(4) One for early detection equipments and internet,telemedicine,

(7) One for Surgery,
(8) One for ENT,
(9) One for Gynacological diseases,
(10) One for Breast Cancer Detection Programmes.
(11) TEACHING AND RESEARCH MICROSCOPES 5 NOS.
(12) FUND FOR RUNNING THE PROJECTS.
(13) STAFF 140 NOS. WITH ALL SECTIONS SPECIALISTS.
IT WILL BE A MOBILE CANCER HOSPITAL TO DETECT EVERY VILLAGE BASED CANCER VICTIMS.
