New Delhi: The Bangalore Royals couldn’t return to their winning ways after all. A score of 143 for eight in 20 overs set by the Royals was easy to achieve by the Kings XI Punjab.

Australian Shaun Marsh did wonders for his side with his knock of 74 runs. Marsh was named Man of the Match. He is now the leading scorer for Kings XI Punjab, with 295 funs scored in the championship so far.

Desparate to recover some pride, Bangalore tried their hands at another opening combination in Virat Kohli and J. Arun Kumar, but again with little success. The Mohali bowlers gave the Royals a little chance.

Skipper Dravid tried to hold his ground for a while with a sedate 29 off 26 balls, but fell just when it was time to launch the final assault.
