New Delhi: MetLife India Insurance Company Limited (MetLife) has announced the launch of MIVRA – MetLife Integrated Voice Response Application, an Advanced Telephony System.

It combines the cutting edge attributes of technology with human resource. MIVRA was specially designed to expand access opportunities and bring in a larger pool of customers with the aim of raising the efficiency bar of the service levels provided and at the same time reducing costs for the organization.

Rajesh Relan, managing director, MetLife, said “customer centricity is a key differentiator in this competitive business environment and we hope to keep adding value and efficiencies to that.”
