Mumbai: Passenger vehicles have 44% share of overall advertising of automobiles on TV for the period of January - July 2008.

This figure is a 28% rise in their advertising frequency as compared to the same period in 2007.

A report titled ‘Advertising of Passenger Vehicles’ released by AdEx India, a division of TAM Media indicate that these passenger automobile advertisements for January – July on national and regional channels was in the ratio of 76:24.

According to the report Tata Motors Ltd emerge as a clear winner in the TV promotion sector, with Tata V2 Dicor topping the cart among other vehicles that are advertised.
