Mumbai: B.K. Modi-controlled Spice Mobiles Wednesday said that Divya Modi along with four other directors have resigned from the board of the company.

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Spice Mobiles said Divya Modi, Suresh Kumar Jain, Ashok Kumar Goyal, Rajiv Kumar Sharma and AVK Mohan have resigned from the board of directors of the company with effect from 30 September.

The company has appointed Hanif Mohamed Dahya and Kunal Ahooja as directors of the company with effect from the aforesaid date.

Shares of Spice Mobiles were trading at Rs16.70, up 0.60% in the early afternoon trade on the BSE.
