New Delhi: Spice Group chairman B K Modi on Monday said his company will bid for Satyam Computer Services Ltd.

“We are going to bid. It is a good thing that the bidding is taking place through the internet and there is no minimum floor price, which should encourage many players to participate in the process. Transparency is the key,” Modi told PTI.

Modi said Spice Corp will have no problem in submitting cash proof of Rs1,500 crore as the company has got enough funds in the bank. “It is a good start and we will bid before Thursday,” he said.
