Mumbai: Financial services provider Religare Enterprises on Tuesday reported a consolidated net loss of Rs63.24 crore for the fourth quarter ended 31 March, 2009, while it had a net profit of Rs21.92 crore in the same period ended March 2008.

Total income of the company declined to Rs212.43 crore for the quarter ended 31 March, 2009, from Rs263.75 crore in the same period last year.

For the year ended 31March, 2009, the company has posted a consolidated net loss of Rs63.58 crore, while it had a net profit of Rs91.97 crore in the same period last year.

Shares of Religare Enterprises today settled at Rs400.60, down 0.45% on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
