Mumbai: The Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation (CAPA) on Tuesday announced India’s first professional and end-to-end aircraft acquisition service called CAPA Aircraft Advisory.

“Today, India has the fourth-highest number of firm orders for business jet and jet-liners in the world. And over the next five years, India will enter the ranks of the top ten business and general aviation market in the world. This projected scale and sophistication calls for a service such as the CAPA Aircraft Advisory,” CAPA executive chairman, Peter Harbison, said.

The service provides a flexible range of modules to assist clients in aircraft selection and acquisition process tailored to their specific situation.

It is designed to demystify the process of selecting and acquiring an aircraft for private or general use, be it a business jet, turbo prop or a helicopter, Harbison said in a release.
