Mumbai: Wind power major Suzlon Energy on Monday said it has singed a pact with Bulgaria-based Technomash Bulgarian Industrial Group for supplying 6 wind turbines.

However, the company did not disclose financial details regarding the contract.

The company has entered into an agreement with Technomash Bulgarian Industrial Group “to deliver 12.6 MW of capacity through six numbers of Suzlon S88-2.1 MW wind turbines,” Suzlon Energy said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

The company would deliver these turbines in the current financial year (2009-10), it further added.

Shares of Suzlon Energy on Monday closed at Rs94.20, down 1.46% from its previous close on the BSE.
