Mumbai: Drug maker Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd raised Rs413 crore from a share sale to institutional investors, two people familiar with the development said.
Glenmark sold 18.7 million shares to large investors at Rs221 apiece, the people said, requesting anonymity before an announcement.
