New Delhi: In an intellectual property rights matter relating to infringement of trademark and website domain name between two tour operators, the Delhi high court on Tuesday restrained Vedi’s International Tours and Travels from infringing on the registered trademark and the domain name of another tour operator, Le Passage to India Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.

Le Passage had filed a suit in the court alleging that Vedi’s domain name comprising the words “lepassagetoindia” or “lepassageindia were deceptively similar to their registered trademark “le passage to India”.
