Mumbai: Real estate developer Unitech Ltd sold homes and other property worth Rs4,000 crore in the March-September period, the company said.
The New Delhi-based company sold 10.11 million sq. ft of space in the period, four-fifths of which were homes, it said. Unitech aims to deliver 32 million sq. ft of property over the next three years, it said on its website.
