New Delhi: The department of telecommunications (DoT) has asked the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) for its recommendations on the proposed uniform licence fee regime, a senior DoT official said on condition of anonymity. Trai is expected to take around three months to review the issue and get stakeholder comments before making its recommendations.
