Mumbai: Private sector lender Kotak Mahindra Bank on Wednesday launched its first international representative office in West Asia in Dubai. “Investors based in the Middle East can now access information on various investment opportunities available in India through our representative office,” Kotak Mahindra Bank executive vice chairman and managing director Uday Kotak said in a statement.

The Kotak group currently has an overseas presence in New York, London, San Francisco, Mauritius, Bahrain and Singapore. Kotak Mahindra Financial Services, a wholly-owned arm of Kotak Securities, has received in-principle approval to set up an office in the Dubai International Financial Centre, the statement said.
