Mumbai: Educomp Solutions Ltd’s unit Educomp Infrastructure and School Management Ltd has signed a pact with Shri Educare Ltd to set up five schools over the next 2-3 years.

“The first two schools would come up in Noida and Faridabad and will be open for admissions by the next academic session,” Sharad Agarwal, managing director, Educomp Infrastructure and School Management Ltd, said in a statement to the National Stock Exchange.
