Mumbai: DB Corp. Ltd, the publisher of ‘Dainik Bhaskar’, will sell 18.2 million shares at Rs185-212 apiece, it said in a newspaper advertisement on Wednesday. The offer, which ends on 15 December, consists of 12.7 million new shares and 5.45 million shares offered by shareholder Cliffrose Investment Ltd.
