New Delhi: Oil and gas to consumer electronics conglomerate Videocon launched its mobile services in Tamil Nadu on Thursday, becoming the 14th operator in the Indian market.

Videocon Telecommunications Ltd launched its services offering a scheme of ‘sub 1 paise effective tariff’ and plans to cover 100 cities in 100 days and 100 million subscribers in the next three years. The company will roll out in Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh and Mumbai circle over the next fortnight.
