New Delhi: Online recruitment services provider Monster India has revamped its job search website with the aim of providing job-seekers with career options that ‘best fit´ their profiles, a senior official said today.

“The enhanced website will help increase registrations of job-seekers on our site, as it will make job search sharper by providing relevant choices. The enhancements reiterate our philosophy of ‘Right Jobs. Right Candidates,” Monster.com MD (India, Middle East, South East Asia) Sanjay Modi told PTI.

The enhanced site will offer a simplified interface for providing better results to job-seekers, the company said.

“The changes are based on our research on job-seekers psychographics and behavioural patterns in the current dynamic economic scenario. The new seeker site, monsterindia.com, has new tools like simple browse jobs features to make the entire job/candidate search even more productive,” Modi added.

Moreover, an ‘enhanced magic search’ tool will ensure that a job-seeker looking for a particular job will be given options that best fit his profile.

In addition to the new tools, the enhanced technology will offer real-time updates on new jobs added in the last 60 seconds to registered job-seekers.

The site also provides industry information and updates related to the employment indices of various sectors to job-seekers.
