New Delhi: IT firm HCL Infosystems today reported a growth of 11.27% in its consolidated net profit to Rs67.23 crore for the quarter ended 30 June.

The company had registered a consolidated net profit of Rs60.42 crore in the April-June quarter a year ago.

Income from operations also increased to Rs3,204.86 crore in the June quarter from Rs3,106.33 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

For the year ended 30 June, the company has witnessed a marginal upsurge of 1.01% in its consolidated net profit at Rs242.38 crore as against Rs239.95 crore in the previous fiscal. Income from operations surged to Rs12,049.82 crore from Rs12,252.41 crore last year.

HCL Infosystems has proposed a final dividend of Rs2 per share for the year ended 30 June 2010. During the year, the company had paid three interim dividends aggregating to Rs5.50 per share.

The company had cumulative system integration order book position of over Rs2,000 crore as on 30 June 2010.

The HCL Infosystems scrip closed at Rs123.10 on the BSE, up 0.61% from previous close.
