New Delhi: “A Handbook of Climate Change and India” is the name of a new book, edited by Navroz K Dubash, which was at the center of a discussion on climate change on Monday.

Dubash, a senior fellow at Centre for Policy Research - a New Delhi based organisation - has edited this handbook which has a list of contributing authors.

The panel discussion witnessed a number of environmental activists and authors from the field. The discussions focused on the need for debates on the issue of climate change and the policy debates around it.
