No doubt, the concept of WRs and its intended use to get profitable price for farm-produce is quite tempting.
However, the state agencies have to come-up with viable projects for ware houses, whcich can function in a nearby place accessible to farmer(s).
The success of ware-house system shall critically depend upon the condition of roads, electricity, and banking system in a particular farming area, i.e., cluster of 4-5 villages.
Still the brighter side of the concept is more illuminating, and i hope it'll succeed in south asian region, particularly in India.
