I couldn't agree more with Yogen's comment that the true magic of Silicon Valley lies in its acceptance of failure. It is one of the few places in the world, where you're encouraged to fail and learn, and then succeed. It's what makes people resilient and they never stop trying!
Can you imagine...if Bill Gates was born in a traditional Indian household, he would have never dropped out, probably would have gotten a PhD in Engineering, married a good girl, and Microsoft probably would have never been created. Only in Silicon Valley could he do that.
