Good company, but incompetent top management that lacked vision.
Rajiv Mody is a good person, but he lacked a capable set of lieutenants.
Good that they are firing senior people now. Firing each of them can enhance the EPS of Sasken share by 2-2.5%, so its a good thing. For the kind of business they are transforming into, they don't need so many big guns.
I regret Hari Iyer leaving though. He is a good person, who has vision and passion. May be they should have moved him into sales. Sales and marketing is full of morons. Hari Iyer can discipline them, he does not tolerate nonsense.
