Subhiksha not paying some bills
Many vendors, who have not been paid their dues, say they have stopped supplies in NCR

i hav gone thrugh all comments..
my question is can any organisation run w/o money--?as subhiksha not giving salary at right time oct 2008 due till date,employees ta bills are pending,their day to day expences are pending.
market feedback is negative
and RS is making fool to himself and others too.
