Its really a generally accepted discussion, i really agree with this. this is laxman IVth semester MBA guy at icfai national college at shimoga. we have management thesis in this semester. as HR student my topic is "A comparitive study on Factors determining the job satisfaction of employees between Manufacturing industry and KPO/BPO (cambridge solution) if u have any information regarding to this or if u have any project and thesis on this please send me. it will help me to prepare the thesis. i am waiting for your early reply
