Dear sir Iam interested in publishing a text book for undergraduates. i have the content ready for print and i know that this text book has a great demand amongst students. Iam also well known to the teaching fraternity so that i can market my books to the colleges instead of sending to shops. the question i have is 1. what are the legal rules i need to follow to open a publishing company to publish my book. 2. Can i sell my books to every college instead of opening a publishing company. does law provide any objection for this task
