Gender bias is an isuue which is shamelessly prevalent even at a time when the first citizen of our democracy happens to be a lady. Its time we change our out look about them as there are Kalpana Chawlas, Kiran Bedis, Sanya Mirza, Medha Patkar and Pratibha Patil showing their worth and ability to shoulder responsibilities of our times.
