Domestic HR Outsourcing is also on growth phase in India. In this space SME sector is leading the pack. Some of our client have outsourced either entire HR department to us or some sections of it where they needed quick matured and dependable processes. HR outsourcing provides following key benefits to the clients - expertise at affordable cost (HR experts are more expensive than software professionals) - evloved HR processes and tools (our systems are 3-4 years ahead of typical client stage. this give very quick process maturity) - dependable results (engagement are SLA based and very dependable) - Attrition proof (jobs are not person dependent. Also attrition among HR professionals is comparable to software processionals) - CEO's focus is now on results without worries "how" part - no "employee management" issues.
