I sought from Respected Prof APJ Abdul Kalam, to have not just Developed but a "Corruption free India", for the posterity ... and THAT encompasses all the expectations narrated from the PM. For political reasons, we are most DIVIDED by our own politicians.. The Indian Constitution (borrowed from UK) permits (to perfection), the legacy of divide and rule, In England 'Divide & rule' is not for Homeland, They are a Three party regime. Let's Scrap multi-party, region based, Caste based.. and whatever else based Party System.. to have a Three Party Political Structure - for three dimensional Development for sustainable Growth: A. POLITICAL STRUCTURE: 1. A strong Ruling, 2. A constructive opposition AND 3. A talent pool (Intelligentsia) - neither aligned to ruling nor opposition, BUT passionate about Policies, utilisation of resources for Most rewarding Growth in GDP, Employment, Education, healthcare and all other aspects of vision 2020. All MPs & Legislators, aligning Idealogy with any either 1 or 2, OR carrying demonstrated capability to be in 3 band. Else NOT eligible. Swing permissible only 1 to 2 & vice versa on ideology or to 3 based on Demonstrated Capability. ADMIN MACHINERY transparent and accountable for every rupee of the nation spent, whether Govt or Judiciary, Police or other departments. B. EDUCATION SYSTEM: Corruption less India, basis Value Education and No beggars, No thieves of Material or Values – Some heritage we have enjoyed before lord Macaulay insisted on demolishing our Education and value system and pride in our Country C. Policies for improvement in the manufacturing sector for skill enhancement, Employment, "Delivery of results" as the yardstick for continuing in the Office, 50% Fixed and 50% Performance Linked Pay.
