What Mr. PC has done is nothing but follow the very old tradition of finding fault on the basis of procedure, or some excuse just to bury under the carpet the main issue. Many a times the judgements of court in favour of politicians simply because of some procudural reasons are also sited by the politician. Such excuses and judgements should be taken up by the NGOs and also enlighten citizen in the form of blog for pointing out the real issues. Just to refer to a few cases take Cement scandle of Antulay and eatting away of Grass belonging to cows worth some where around 1200 cross (Correct if the figure is wrong) by the politicians who also have the distingtion (may be dubious) of chewing and spitting pan in full view of public ( on TV ) including innocent Children.
