The message is clear and pointed, and Chidambaram would not need to know the identity of the author of the message to form a response to this open letter. Nor would he need to know "where to deliver" the response -- just deliver it to the same open forum, if you are honest and brave enough as a public man should be. The government has failed to respond, shirked its duty to respond; Chidambaram just happens to be the face of that failure.
