As far blade crack issue is concerned, there are distint opinions , like use of carbon fiber, replacment of blades , etc. if really , one can admire to get into US markets , & establish with maximum generation & lower cost per machine than other competitors is a admirable business process execution. at present scenario, the assembled blades can be re-strengthened on turbine as well by use of some equipment there as well, alternatively, blades can be dismantled & spare set can be made available, until repairs continue on ground in blades, also some drastics modifications can be done in upcoming new blades by using conditioning monitoring tools like fibre-optic sensor placement in inside of blade with new robust blade design.
