Govt could have probed Satyam affairs earlier: IT-BPO union
UNITES would like NASSCOM to urgently institute an inquiry with the cooperation of the Government of India, DoT and with the cooperation of the World Bank, and get the actual findings

As everyone is well aware of "Satyam" saga, I just want to say that Its a complete failure of RBI & FEMA.
As most of the revenue earned by the IT & ITES are from foreign countries and in foreign currency. So why could not our system tress the mismatch of reeciepts shown by Satyam which are also recored by RBI as earnings in foreign currency comes under purview of RBI. Tomorrow anybody like Satyam will say that we earned this much from our operations, so shall we beleive them so easily. why dont recheck it the figures with authorities like RBI n FEMA.
