Government creates a board for Satyam
The board, which will be independent, is expected to meet in the next 24 hours and decide further course of action

Mynampati has to go. He was part of the Board and Management too. He can't be acting innocent. Mynampati does not have a good standing with his peers at Satyam and his management style resembles HITLER. What one may not know is that the business that he controls at Satyam has the lowest profitability. Under his leadership business was literally bought at many clients at prices that drove pathetic margins ( 5-10% )
