The twenty20 age begins
Twenty20 cricket, contrary to the fears of purists, has plenty of subtlety and nuance, and will continue to evolve

I do agree with your view that the Twenty20 mode of the game will have an impact on the other two version; infact during the series, this thought was at the back of my mind. This mode is much more dynamic than the other two. And neither can I help but think of the times ahead about the development of the game. However, this mode need not lose its sheen because of the reduced advertisements. The sheer exhilaration and dynamism of the game will invite the public to the sport. Simply said, it is only a better version of cricket. Test matches and ODI;s are a "bit" too long. Twenty20 gets over in 4 hours. All the best to the game.
