THIS WILL HOPEFULLY BRING TRANSPARENCY ACCOUNTABILITY AND EFICIENCY TO THE FUNCTIONING OF THIS KEY GOVT DEPT. THE HOME MINISTRY SHOULD ALSO SET UP CALL CENTERS TO TAKE CALLS FROM THE PUBLIC REPORTING SUSPECT ACTIVITY. THAT WILL PROMOOTE PUBLIC COOPERATION AT THE GRASSROOTS LEVEL AND NIP TERROR ACTIITY IN THE BUD .
