Sir, I had read your article and things are true to some extent. I have been myself a supplier to Subhiksha for Branded FMCG products. We work on low margins fixed by the manufacturers for services being provided to our clients. Total transactions are TOT based.
Chairman's version that payments are not centralized is wrong as all the payments are being made from Chennai HO to us.
Our Inv. no. 95 dt. 19/07/08 for Rs.174737.00 with due date of 26/07/08 has not been paid till date. All the stocks have been sold by them. Our repeated attempts telephonically, personally has all gone in vain. Do they have any reply?
