See for Wipro Chairman Azim Premji, Customer is an asset as per his interview with moneycontrol.com. Customer gives more money and profits for making his employees put late hours and painful hours. So Customer is an asset for Premji, whereas a loyal employee is not an asset. Am I right Premji?
