I wish success to Gujarat. Dalian has very strategic and important economic port. It is basically an export center of north east china. It has shenda(shenyang- dalian) Express way which is really good. They have infrastructure and everything strategically placed in dalian. Gujarat has great potential to do trade with china as machinery equipment is available in china will be really cheap and very useful for india. In future may be 10 years the trade between india and china will be at least increased by 10 folds.
