It was nice to read the information. I am a Tanzanian citizen having lived in the UK for 17 years and decided to come home to Tanzania after my education and some work experience in London. I am now based in Dar es salaam. I and my friend, we have acquired a converging licence in telecom, for value added services with about 5 short codes. We've also apllied for a telecom licence to operate G4 network in Tanzania which we are almost on our final touches to get it. We are looking for overseas partners to take this country into the new world of the fourth generation networks. Please reply me and any comments or ideas are welcome.
