Good, it is already working. American jobs are being created during this time of need.
The H-1B visa is a temporary guest worker program designed to fill temporary needs. There is not a shortage of workers, and a temporary program is not currently needed.
I'm sorry if somebody was under the impression that going to an American university entitles you to an American job. Is there some confusion as to what the word "temporary" means?
