DLF, Unitech ask flat buyers to pay more
Maintenance charges and super built-up area have been increased and builders want payment in advance

We booked a flat with Unitech and had to cancel it for various reasons. I expected a smooth process of refund collection, but months later the nightmare continues with the money no where in sight. Now, they don't answer the phone calls, as I guess they have run out of excuses.
