Niraj, It is proved that Wipro’s top management has given green signal to these TED, Technical Managers, Group Heads, Resource Managers, General Managers to somehow or other sack employees. So these middle level managers use all sorts of techniques to remove employees. All these methods are absolutely illegal and you can approach IT’es Union and take a legal opinion. Simultaneosly you can inform Labour commisioner( Govt of India). It is the responsibility of the government to create alternate employement to the victims if it cannot stop these malpractices in wipro ramanathan82@rocketmail.com stop investing in wipro stop giving land to wipro it another big scam company like satyam
