Under which authority the Animal Welfare Board of India - AWBI ask 1 crore rupees as a fine for a violation of the Notification issued by the Central Govt. under section 38 of the P.C.A. Act, 1960. If AWBI confirmed the certificate is false & bogus then PFA HARYANA - www.pfaharyana.in - demands the FIR against the offenders under 420, 120-B IPC along with the different sections of the P.C.A. Act, 1960
