The Boss-Blame game
People attribute good results to themselves and bad results to external factors including top management

Sir, frankly speakin the theory of attribution applies to all irrespective of top mgmt or workers.it's a human nature. in worse times, the top management for their so called knowledge or minds should understand their less educated workers below for the fact that they can afford to live in reserves unlike the workers where evry penny makes a day. this entire concept of capitalism is wrongly run as a scam by the so called topmgmt who live in comfort zones. anybody living in glasshouse should not ultimately blame those who want to share the pie. in the example of airline mentioned above, i think the competitor airlines also have staffs/crew members and a similar top mgmt. it can't fail at the bottom unless it's clear at the top, putting it much simpler, the top mgmt of the airline above would have hardly travelled in a normal class to understand whats going on. blame them, don't blame the workers below. the workers don't know how to read balance sheets and declare losses on one fine day.
