Hi, I like what siddharta said, i mean its the same old thing that we have been taught from the childhood. I really think that real managers are not those who takes the credit for what they may deserve or may not, but those who takes the responsibility of the bad situation and handle it accordingly. It does not matter if the bad situation is because of their decision or some one other faults. And, education never makes the parson good manager, its the experience what makes a good mangers.
