There are MILLIONS of cases pending in various high courts, some of them for SEVERAL YEARS. The High Court, in its wisdom, decided to give priority to this case. Is it supposed to protect "gays" or, to use an earlier term, "queers"? Compare with the following: a husband and wife just sitting and holding hands in the Connaught Circus Central Park, would be arrested by the police for "indecent behaviour". And, what I actually witnessed: a boy and a girl studying in the same school sat in a neighbourhood park in mh colony, discussing the day's school work and the possible questions for the next day. They were MERCILESSLY THRASHED by a couple of policemen. When I intervened, the policemen said that the Residents Welfare Association had asked them not to allow boys and girls to sit on the same bench in the park. As a result of my intervention, however, the policemen stopped bashing them up and asked them to go home. The above are considered to be "obscene" beheviour, but a queer man "fondling" another queer man in the street is apparently allowed now -- that is the way the queers and the English Language Media have made it out.
