Yes I understand there is a lot of misdeeds and inflated expenses and I feel that the top management should take onus since as i have known Diageo india all the Higher levele personnel make it a point to do all unethical things thru their subordinates,especially in the accounts department.....the CFO was a nice guy bu certain other people there like upendra and lalit and mukesh made it impossible for the truth to come out to the CFO who was always kept in the dark..I deeply feel sorry for the CFO that these arrogant and very unethical people were around him ......
